Based in beautiful Northern Neck Virginia, we offer mobile service for clients in Middlesex County as well as Remote Online Notarization (electronic notary) for clients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Payment & Billing
Our fee schedule is governed by Virginia Code § 47.1-19 (Fees) and we use federal guidelines to calculate mileage costs for mobile notary services to clients location. Current rate is .70 cents per mile.
- In-person Notarial Acts - $10.00 ea.
- Electronic Notarial Act - $25.00 ea.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Square and Cash.
